The Blue Sky Riviera construction project is moving forward at high speed. At the end of this month all SkyPlus villas will be bricked and the SkyHigh structures will be up. Project completion in Q1 2021. Come and see for yourself!

We have designed our villas to offer only the best in luxury, comfort and modern design. Each villa is developed around large expanses of glass windows, sliding and folding glass doors to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor areas. The villas have tailored gardens and terraces with private pools and water features. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom, modern kitchens with pantry, porcelain floors, wall tiles and much more.

We are almost two months into construction and can now see the shape of things to come. The team, spearheaded by our technical director José Antonio Haro Muñoz and our construction partner Colten, are ensuring an expedient ramp-up of building activities on the plot. Earth is moving and the lines on the rock showing the positions of the villas are giving way to concrete reinforced with steel. We can see the beginning of the basement structures rise out of the ground.
We invite you to follow this space which will be updated on a regular basis with photos and videos documenting the construction as it progresses in the weeks and months to come.
